For Adults
People come to us for many different reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, exhausted, or struggling with experiences from the past that still affect you today.
We support adults with things such as burnout, stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Sometimes people come with a clear issue they want to work on, and sometimes they simply know that something doesn’t feel right.
We offer you a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find ways to move forward.
No. You do not need a diagnosis or a specific label to begin sessions.
Many people seek support because life feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate. Sessions can help you explore what is happening and understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Sessions are a space to talk, reflect, and begin to make sense of what is happening in your life.
Our work is always shaped around your needs and may include reflective conversation, practical strategies, or more structured therapeutic work depending on what feels most helpful.
Our approach is flexible and creative, often fusing together different approaches to support meaningful change.
Yes. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a specialist therapy that helps people process distressing memories and experiences.
It can be particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, and experiences that still feel emotionally “stuck.” We may integrate EMDR into therapy where appropriate.
This varies depending on what you would like support with.
Some people come for short-term focused work, while others choose longer-term therapy. We review progress regularly to make sure the support continues to meet your needs.
For Parents and Families
We support parents and carers to strengthen their relationship with their child and feel more confident responding to challenges at home.
Services include:
- Parent Mirror – our video-feedback intervention
- Parent Coaching – flexible, one-to-one support
- Parent Masterclasses – group workshops on parenting skills
- Therapeutic re-parenting and emotional connection work
We usually begin by working with you as the parent.
Much of our work focuses on strengthening your understanding, confidence, and connection with your child. In some situations, your child may also be involved in parts of the process.
We support families with children of all ages, from early childhood through to teenagers.
Supporting Children’s Well-being
Yes. We offer therapeutic support for children who have experienced trauma, loss, emotional difficulties, or neurodivergent differences.
Our work is trauma-informed and may draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the child and family.
We also work closely with parents to build safety, understanding, and emotional connection.
For Professionals
